Super Eagles to open camp on Sunday for Preparations of World Cup Qualifiers

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will this weekend on Sunday October 6 in Abuja, open camp for the 2014 World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia.
Nigeria will next week travel to Addis Ababa for the first leg of the qualifier against the Walya Antelopes,with the game coming up on Sunday October 13.
Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF)Musa Amadu revealed that the federation is working towards getting the National Sports Commission(NSC) release the newly re-grassed Abuja stadium for the Super Eagles to train with.
Amadu also revealed that the team will travel on October 12 a day before the game in a chartered flight.
“This game is very critical to us and we are giving it all the seriousness it deserves,” Amadu is quoted as saying on Vanguard Sports.
“We are doing all we can to secure entry visas for the delegation and team officials before departure.”
“You know the Ethiopians are eager to qualify for their first-ever World Cup finals and, because they are playing against the African champions, they will prepare seriously,’’ he added.
